Return & Refund Policy:
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition,
please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: custom clothing options, all trading cards listed on the website, services.

For all trading cards:
Once product is opened, it is not eligible for return or cancellation.

For Custom Clothing:
Custom clothing is non-refundable as the proper steps have been taken to secure your approval throughout the designing process and a test stitch has been shown for your approval. If there are any concerns on quality control, please be prepared to send detailed photos and allow a 5-7 day review process to address your concerns.
